💫 FIND District lll’s 2025 Leadership Summit theme of “Taas Noo Kahit Kanino” seeks to address the disconnect that can arise between culture and club, as well as finding out why you, community leaders in D3, chose to serve in your position. “Taas Noo Kahit Kanino“ translates to “Holding my Head High to Anyone,“ serving as a reminder to acknowledge the culture we come from and to not only celebrate it, but take pride in it, openly and unapologetically.

💫 Filipinos are proud people, contributing to breaking the chains of both centuries of colonization and overcoming a stifling dictatorship. The Philippines has always fought for what’s best for their people, and continued to spread the culture despite numerous attempts by foreign influences to try and oppress it or control it. Even now, most of D3 are children of / are direct immigrants from the Philippines. A culture from across the world is somehow still continued and perpetuated here and it’s our doing, as well as our parents, and those that came before them. Though times are much different from when our predecessors fought through physical hardships, how will you continue that fight in the modern day, and be proud of your role as a leader?
