Nur Nonilon V. Queano (Consultant, Master Musician, Writer), has won a number of awards from various national literary contests in the Philippines, including the Palanca and the Cultural Center of the Philippines Literary Awards. He has published a book of plays and appears in several poetry and drama anthologies. He has a Ph. D. degree in Comparative Literature (Dissertation title: The Poet as Revolutionary, The Revolutionary as Poet: The Aesthetics of Philippine Revolutionary Literature), and has taught as a Professor of English and Comparative Literature at the University of the Philippines.
